Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift at the Lakota facility in Lakota, ND. The RN will deliver individualized nursing care, coordinate with residents and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care across all phases of treatment.

The role requires a nationally accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and ongoing certification maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care per the nursing process for residents.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care.
• Delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff per their competence and job descriptions.
