Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Care Center in Lakota, ND will deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate assessments, education and care plans across all phases of care.

Responsibilities may include acting as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, while upholding state practice rules and professional standards. Full-time, night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice is occurring.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing

Unencumbered RN license

Nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
