Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Center is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of the nursing process.

The role may involve serving as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, compliant care within state practice rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Unencumbered RN license in state or nurse licensure compacts.
• Maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
