Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City West, Arizona, is seeking an experienced RN for Labor, Delivery and Recovery to join the Night shift team. The unit supports approximately 170 mothers and babies monthly, with amenities and 24-hour anesthesia to ensure safe, compassionate care.

This is a full-time NIGHT position from 7:00PM to 7:30AM, with 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential. Qualified candidates must have RN Labor and Delivery experience and an active license in their state.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care; Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for labor and delivery patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to implement care plans.
• Document care accurately in patient records and ensure safety.
