Job summary

Banner Desert Medical Center seeks experienced RN professionals for Labor & Delivery, with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. A $2,500 sign-on incentive is offered for a 12-month commitment. The unit handles 300-350 deliveries per month and provides OB, NICU, and trauma services.

Qualifications

• RN Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical and emotional needs and plan care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans with the care team.
• Document care and patient responses in the chart.
