Job summary
Banner Health is seeking a capable Registered Nurse with Labor and Delivery experience to join Banner Del Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ. This full-time night-shift role from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM offers an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential.
The team handles roughly 170 mother/infant cases monthly and utilizes amenities like Aqua Doula tubs and birthing aids to support patient comfort.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Coordinate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Document care activities and patient responses in the medical record.
- Promote safe, high-quality care and support patient education and discharge planning.
