Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs for full-time night shifts. Bring your passion for delivering life into the world and your clinical judgment to a high-acuity unit where teamwork and evidence-based care are valued.

You'll collaborate with NICU, Couplet Care, OR, and ED teams, monitor fetal status, and serve as a clinical leader on the unit while ensuring safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the birth experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS & ACLS required by department.
• NRP training required by end of orientation.
• Fetal monitoring competency within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care through pre-pregnancy complications, labor, delivery and recovery.
• Collaborate with NICU, Couplet Care, OR and ED teams.
• Interpret fetal monitoring and anticipate labor progression.
• Act as a clinical leader, supervising and delegating patient care as needed.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and communication throughout the birth experience.
• Participate in hourly rounding and uphold evidence-based nursing standards.
• With appropriate experience, may serve as charge nurse or OB triage.
