Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date
• BCLS within 30 days of start date
• 3 years nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient transfer in accordance with policy and procedure
• Maintain department performance standards with patient safety as the primary goal
• Demonstrate management acumen in conflict resolution involving staff, physicians or customers
• Exercise independent judgment within the context of interdisciplinary patient care
• Oversee general clinical responsibility for patient care departments on a specific shift
