Job summary

Haywood Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for night shift to coordinate 24-hour patient placement and ensure optimal use of hospital resources. You will work across departments, medical staff, and administration to uphold high-quality patient care.

The role requires NC RN licensure, BSN preferred, and 2–4 years of acute care with leadership experience. Night shifts, weekends and holidays are required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina or a compact state.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of acute care nursing with leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Documents medical necessity and maintains records.
• Completes and revises Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
• Performs timely quality improvement assessments.
