Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 4–6 years nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIC/NBHA or similar certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct or supervise nursing care staff in patient care delivery.
• Coordinate and direct activities across nursing units during off-hours.
• Participate in incident command and emergency management plans.
• Coordinate staffing decisions within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to resolve care concerns.
