Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing required.

• Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing across departments.
• Monitors hospital census, coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers, and bed utilization.
• Acts as the administrative point of contact for staff, patients, and families during non-business hours.
• Supervises nursing staff, providing clinical guidance, oversight, and support for proper delegation and care delivery.
