Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a professional nurse with administrative and supervisory competence.
• CPI (TEAM De-Escalation) Training completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital-wide nursing activities and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Integrate direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities.
• Participate in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concerns.
