Qualifications

CPI (TEAM De-Escalation) Training completed within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Coordinate hospital-wide nursing activities and ensure continuity of patient care.
Integrate direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities.
Participate in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concerns.
