Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced RN for night shifts (3x12s, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM) in a general medicine unit. You’ll care for a diverse patient population, ensuring safety, education, and compassionate treatment across acute care services.

The role offers a dynamic team environment, supervision for new staff, and opportunities for professional growth within a leading health system. Applicants must be licensed in Alabama and prefer strong clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current State of Alabama RN license or valid multistate license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required for certain areas.
• Ability to work nights, weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops a care plan.
