Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, AL is seeking a PRN RN to join the general medicine unit. The role requires night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM), with at least one weekend shift, and a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio in a 24-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as required for certain units

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and support.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care in a busy hospital unit.
