Qualifications

• Current State of Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required for certain areas

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs and develops/revises individualized plan of care based on patient needs and responses.
• Respects diversity by building respectful relationships with all team members and patients.
• Functions as patient and family advocate.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate care on assigned unit/department.
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains patient safety and documents care in the medical record.
