Job summary

FirstChoice - Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time, night shift assignments at MercyOne DeWitt Medical Center, IA. RNs may float across locations and regions, with premium pay and flexible scheduling on a 3x12 hours cycle.

Start ASAP with 13-week assignments; gross weekly rate $2,700. Travel and per diem may apply; license & credential reimbursement, DailyPay, and 403B participation available.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience for other specialties (CC, Surg, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) must be current per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Provide nursing care per professional standards and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement initiatives.
