Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice mobile staffing program seeks an experienced RN for a part-time night shift at MercyOne DeWitt Medical Center in DeWitt, IA. RNs will float across departments and locations to support patient care and operations.

You will work a 12-hour night shift with a gross weekly rate of $2,700, offering premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel/per diem opportunities within a broad hospital network.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties (CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
• Must maintain credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Practice using standard nursing processes: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be agile and take on new responsibilities as needed.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
