Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic through its FirstChoice program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for part-time night shifts at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, IA. RNs will float across hospital locations and regions, working 3x12-hour nights with premium pay and flexible scheduling.

Minimum qualifications include nursing degree and active RN license; certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS as required per specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure active in applicable states.
• ACLS, TNCC, etc. credentials as required per specialty.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Act within license and scope, delegating appropriately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and manage priorities.
