Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time, 12-hour night shifts at MercyOne DeWitt Medical Center, IA. RN licenses valid in applicable states are required.

Positions offer premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel/per diem opportunities, with DailyPay and license/certifications reimbursement per assignment. The role supports float assignments across hospital locations/regions, with a start ASAP and a 13-week engagement.

Qualifications

• RN license required in applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc).

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Follow standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act within license and scope of practice.
• Delegate, decide, and own outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and ideas while managing priorities.
