Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing program seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to float across hospital locations and regions, providing premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility. RNs are utilized for short and long‑term assignments throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities. Location: MercyOne Clinton Medical Center, IA.

Start Date: Flexible. Hours: 3x12 Night Shifts. Gross Weekly Rate: $2,700.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure for applicable states.
• 18 months minimum Med Surg/Tele/PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Maintain specialty credentials (ACLS, TNCC, etc.).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate patient care within scope.
• Delegate and make decisions within licensure and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and cultural differences.
