Trinity Health's FirstChoice program seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time, 12-hour night shifts at MercyOne DeWitt Medical Center in Iowa. RNs float across hospital units and regions, delivering skilled care within the licensed scope and collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience or 2+ years in other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within licensure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve care outcomes.
• Adapt to changing priorities and new assignments.
