Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am, 12-hour shifts) in the Acute Telemetry department. You will provide direct patient care, perform the nursing process, and educate patients and families while coordinating with physicians.

Ideal candidates hold an active State RN license, BLS, and ACLS (ACLS within 30 days). BSN is preferred. A sign-on bonus is available and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process and assessments.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of others.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with the physician and monitor results.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
