Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee scheduling, recruiting, and training while maintaining store standards and safety procedures across shifts.

As part of a leadership team, you’ll report to the Operating Partner and drive performance, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities for the restaurant in a fast-paced Texas market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant leadership position preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating staff.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Coach during shifts and ensure effective communication.
• Schedule, recruit, and train Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Support Operating Partners and local leadership with budgeting and resourcing.
• Ensure adherence to restaurant procedures to drive operational excellence.
