Whataburger is hiring Restaurant Leaders in Texas to drive the brand experience for customers and teammates. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence under the guidance of an Operating Partner.

The role requires strong communication, people leadership, and a willingness to manage scheduling, recruiting and training across teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years’ experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members to uphold brand standards.
• Schedule, recruit, train and supervise Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed to drive efficiency.
• Support local leadership and operate with financial planning in mind.
