Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across shifts. You will report to the Operating Partner and help with scheduling, recruiting, and training while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant leadership position preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate while motivating staff.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and deliver the Whataburger experience to guests and Team Members.
• Support Operating Partners with scheduling, recruiting, training, and supervision of Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Manage financial planning and resource allocation to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to restaurant procedures and safety standards.
