Job summary

Whataburger is hiring Restaurant Leaders to join our team in a manager role focused on delivering the Whataburger experience and leading a high-performing team. You will coach during shifts, ensure safe operations, and drive customer satisfaction across the restaurant.

You’ll work with the Operating Partner to schedule, recruit, and train Team Leaders and Team Members, uphold restaurant procedures, and manage resources to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership potential welcomed.
• 1–3 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, influence, negotiation, and staff motivation abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and provide coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shifts to deliver Whataburger experience and operational excellence.
• Foster a high-performing team through coaching, communication, and engagement.
• Make and delegate decisions to optimize efficiency and customer support.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures and standards across the restaurant.
• Support scheduling, recruiting, and training of Team Leaders and Team Members.
