Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years’ restaurant leadership experience preferred; ability to coach, motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and customer experience with a focus on efficiency and service quality.
• Coach shifts, supervise staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and training.
• Ensure compliance with Whataburger procedures to drive operational excellence.
• Support Opearting Partners and local leadership in budgeting and resource planning.
