Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants seeks a PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM. You’ll coach a large team, drive top‑line results, and own operating performance including labor, food, and waste while delivering gold-standard service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of coaching talent and building winning teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop crew, supervise operations, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage P&L components including labor, food, and paper costs while maintaining safety and quality.
