Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM. You’ll coach a large team, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage labor and costs while driving results.

You will earn a salary in the $55,000–$80,000 range plus monthly bonuses and a $15/hr appreciation pay, with three full days off each week and a strong growth path in a fast-growing QSR company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality.
• Proven coaching track record.
• Strong communication to motivate a diverse crew.
• Ability to stay calm under high pace.
