Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift, coaching a large team in a high-volume setting and driving outstanding customer service. This role offers a 4-day work week beginning at 4:45 PM, with three full days off and the opportunity to earn performance bonuses tied to sales growth.

You will manage a team, optimize labor and food costs, and guide the P&L while delivering gold-standard service in a fast-paced environment.
