Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will coach a large team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the P&L with a hands-on approach.

This role offers a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM, with 3 full days off, strong earnings (55k-80k base plus bonuses), and performance-based bonuses up to $3,000+. You’ll grow with a rapidly expanding QSR company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven track record of coaching talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume environment.
• Strengthen teamwork and ensure gold-standard customer service.
