Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a high-volume environment and coach a large team. You’ll drive performance and ensure top-notch customer service while managing P&L responsibilities.

The role offers a 4-shift-per-week schedule starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off weekly, a salary between $55,000 and $80,000 plus monthly performance bonuses, and $15/hour appreciation pay. Growth opportunities are based on results and hustle.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching and team-building ability.
