Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a four-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewards leadership with substantial earning potential and performance bonuses.

You’ll coach a large team, optimize labor, food and paper costs, and drive customer service to the gold standard while you own the P&L. The position offers 55k–80k base pay plus appreciation pay, monthly bonuses, and a clear growth path.

Formación

• Leadership: At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Coaching: A proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Communication: The ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
