Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited two-year Respiratory Therapy program.
• Proven experience providing ventilator care and managing respiratory therapies.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and prioritize patient safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and ventilator support per protocols.
• Assess patients to determine respiratory treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment use.
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and compliance in care.
