AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night shift under a StaffFlex contract. You will deliver respiratory therapies, monitor patients, and coordinate ventilator care while ensuring safety and protocol adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved respiratory care program
• 1+ year of critical care experience preferred
• BLS, RRT/CRT certifications required or NBRC equivalent (state-specific)

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine respiratory therapies and continuous therapy (airway clearance, oxygen, aerosol) per protocol.
• Monitor patient progress; reevaluate ventilator settings and wean readiness as indicated.
• Draw and interpret arterial blood gases; respond to alarms and adjust plans of care accordingly.
