Job summary

Community Solutions is seeking a full-time 3rd Shift Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Silliman House, Hartford, CT. You will supervise clients, ensure safety, and support program operations within a nonprofit residential facility.

The role requires a High School Diploma with relevant experience and a valid driver’s license. Expect shift work Sunday-Thursday from 12:00am to 8:00am with benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in social service or criminal justice preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and ensure safety and security of the facility.
• Conduct client visits, searches, intake, and movement within the facility.
• Monitor client medication self-administration and maintain required paperwork.
• Document incidents, counts, searches, and door/perimeter checks every shift.
• Transport clients using company vehicle when needed and conduct routine drills.
