Job summary

Packsize International seeks a Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer sites, installing and maintaining Packsize equipment and building strong customer relationships.

You will guide preventative maintenance, track KPIs, and ensure safety compliance while traveling to sites for training and projects. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills required; associate degree or related training preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Excel, Word skills.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Advanced mechanical skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues using drawings and documentation.
• Ability to learn troubleshooting procedures.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Associate degree or Vocational technical training is strongly desired; Bachelor’s in related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and support at customer sites.
• Supervise a team of Resident Service Engineers.
• Install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Manage site workload and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of spare parts inventory and KPI targets.
• Travel for training and project work as needed.
• Communicate worksite status through written and verbal reports.
