Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Night shift to provide comprehensive, high-quality patient care in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient education, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NRP and an Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Florida background screening applies. Competitive pay range and benefits from day one are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and be a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
