- Associate's degree in Nursing is required with RN licensure.
- Relevant clinical nursing competencies and ability to document care.
- English fluency in reading, writing and speaking is essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological and social domains.
- Develop and revise individualized care plans based on standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments following orders and monitor for adverse effects.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective care and communication.
- Maintain timely documentation in the medical record.
