Qualifications
- RN license required
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- 3+ years obstetrical/perinatal nursing experience preferred
- Prior hospital/perinatal nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop evidence-based care plans.
- Implement planned interventions safely and document actions.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Promote patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
