Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple domains, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in Florida, an Associate’s degree in nursing, and strong English communication. Experience in acute care is preferred; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
