Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking Registered Nurses for 12-hour night shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a sign-on bonus for full-time nights, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing senior living network.

Experience with seniors and an active Colorado RN license are required, along with CPR certification. Emphasis on resident-centered care, teamwork, and ongoing education for skill advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) is required.
• Basic computer skills (Office, internet, and web applications) are required.
• Experience with EMR is preferred.
• Seasoned RNs or new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Work with care associates to provide routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
