Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate nursing team in Highlands Ranch, CO. This full-time night position offers clinical growth, patient-centered care and a robust benefits package.

The role requires an active Colorado RN license and CPR certification; experience with seniors and EMR is preferred. Shift options include 12-hour nights, full-time or per diem, with a sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Experience caring for seniors or residents with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Perform clinical nursing duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care as needed.
• Administer medications and follow infection prevention practices.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the team.
• Document care accurately and timely in EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as needed.
