Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. You will deliver compassionate, holistic care to residents, adhering to state nursing standards and interdisciplinary plans.

We offer a strong benefits package, on-site health facilities, and opportunities for growth as we expand. Night shifts are available, with full-time or per diem options and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience caring for seniors or residents with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic nursing care following the interdisciplinary plan.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Document accurately in the EMR and keep charts current.
• Collaborate with care team to promote resident independence and safety.
• Participate in care conferences and family communications.
