Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Serve as the night shift safety champion and Emergency Response Team (ERT) member, acting as first-line defense for employee safety.
• Quality & Customer Focus: Ensure quality execution with zero escapes and strict adherence to work instructions and change orders; address audit findings and training.
• Lead with safety by starting every team meeting with safety topics and reinforcing safe behaviors across all areas.
