Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a dynamic Production Supervisor for the Back Half Night Shift to lead 24x7 semiconductor fabrication operations.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity through proactive coaching, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across shifts and departments. The role emphasizes building a positive, high-performing culture with Lean and process-excellence initiatives, ensuring a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team in manufacturing.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods & Theory of Constraints.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Zero Injury Safety culture while ensuring compliance with safety policies and 5S standards.
• Lead a team of 20+ Operators and Leads to safely achieve daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to support operations and improvements.
• Support new product introductions, process changes, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members; manage staffing, onboarding, and cross-training.
