Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Production- Assembly & Test to lead Probe Test and Assembly operations with focus on safety, delivery, quality, and throughput.

You will prioritize and coordinate WIP management and work with engineering to resolve roadblocks and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, and involves supervising an on-site team in a 24/7 environment, with a 5:00pm–5:30am night shift and a 15% shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and leadership.
• Strong data and reporting skills with SQL/Access.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and QAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety on the night shift and manage ERT readiness.
• Ensure quality with zero escapes and compliant with work instructions.
• Manage WIP, dispatch resources, and balance line for targets.
• Escalate constraints affecting production targets.
• Be visible on the floor and communicate priorities.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance reviews for shift.
