Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, and strong leadership, data reporting (SQL/Access), and collaboration with engineering to remove roadblocks. This role requires flexibility for extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficiency with SQL/Access for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift safety and Emergency Response Team (ERT) participation.
• Manage WIP, scheduling, staffing, and throughput across the shift.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve production roadblocks and implement improvements.
• Ensure quality with zero escapes and adherence to work instructions and change orders.
• Conduct daily shift huddles and clear shift-to-shift passdowns.
