Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Supervisor for Production- Assembly & Test to lead night-shift operations and ensure safe, high-quality output.

You will manage WIP, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot roadblocks with engineering to maintain schedules. The role requires leadership of hourly teams, strict adherence to procedures, and hands-on involvement during peak workload, with a 15% night-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a management or leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience with SQL and/or Access databases for data extraction and metrics.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems; QAD preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a microelectronic precision manufacturing cleanroom environment; willing to support a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Own shift output performance by monitoring WIP and balancing the line.
• Direct daily supervision of hourly employees, including timekeeping and discipline.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and throughput to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear shift-to-shift pass downs and effective on-site leadership.
