Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading technicians in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment and automated tools.
• Knowledge of safety practices including lockout/tagout and EHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead nightly shift execution, including technician assignments, work prioritization, shift coverage, pass-downs, and escalation response.
• Provide direct equipment troubleshooting, recovery support, technical guidance, and return-to-service coordination.
• Support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, tool qualifications, and equipment performance improvement.
• Coach and develop Equipment Technicians and Process Technicians through feedback and training.
